Credit/debit cards and cash are accepted. Health Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA/FSA) are also accepted (clients are responsible for confirming coverage for Occupational Therapy)
Restore Therapy Studio is an Out-of Network Occupational Therapy provider. We do not bill insurance, however if your insurance provides out-of-network coverage or partial reimbursement, a super bill can be provided upon request.
